Business Development Manager – BESS

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Business Development Manager to lead greenfield renewable energy development activities across Australia.

This role is heavily focused on greenfield origination and early-to-mid-stage project development across utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

You will play a critical role identifying new project opportunities, securing land, progressing development approvals, managing stakeholder engagement, and supporting projects through grid connection and investment readiness.

The position requires someone who understands the realities of Australian renewable energy development — including land strategy, planning pathways, community engagement, grid constraints, and project commercialisation.
