The Customer Segments, Personal Banking team is responsible for defining, developing, and executing on cross functional customer centric strategies that drive personal banking customer acquisition among performing other core operational functions.

As a key player on the New to Canada segments team, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of various partnerships and events across BC region focused on key ethnicities (e.g., South Asian) that result in accelerated customer growth and acquisitions in Personal Banking.
