Key Responsibilities Develop a sales growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and determine potential business opportunities. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Keep records of sales and revenues. Build positive, long‑term relationships with new and existing customers. Identify, influence, and engage deeply with all decision‑makers and buying centre members. Own and drive your BDM strategy to achieve the sales target. Manage pipeline, use , and plan accounts. Delivery Responsibilities Achieve allocated targets. Act as first point of contact for new potential & existing clients seeking information on products or services within the nominated region.
