Business Development Manager (Central and South PBSA/BTR)

Business Development Manager (PBSA/BTR - Central and South)  Location: Remote (home/field-based covering Central and South regions including London, Birmingham, Bristol, and Cardiff Hours: 37 hours per week  Salary: £35,000 DOE + car allowance + commission (OTE £70,000)  We are growing our presence in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build to Rent (BTR) sectors and are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager in the West Midlands to help scale this area of the business.  This role will cover Central and South including London, Birmingham, Bristol, and Cardiff.

You will ideally be based in the West Midlands, providing central driving access to England and Wales and a manageable monthly drive to Sheffield HQ.
