The Growth Business team is a scaled mid‑market sales team that is part of TikTok's Global Business Solutions Division. The focus of this team is to connect TikTok's vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love.

- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities;
- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct or agency clients;
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients;
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions;
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;
