New Business division, Tied Agency Distribution, has a position available for a Business Development Manager (JG7) . The position will be based in Cape Town .

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a specialist position, which is primarily responsible for the implementation and support of the Santam Tied Agent Model, together with the development and support of the Sanlam Short-Term Insurance Advisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for business development and support functions.
• Assisting advisors in building profitable Short Term Insurance practices, through technical, product and sales support.
• Support growth strategies and maintain existing business supervision, compliance monitoring and vesting of new Short Term Advisors.
