We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager – Customer Success to drive growth, retention, and strategic customer engagement across our EESCO business. As a Business Development Manager - Customer Success, you will be responsible for creating effective business plans to generate revenue, increase product lines, expand into new markets, and improve customer satisfaction. You will analyze and monitor business growth and decline, as well as provide possible solutions and new ways to strengthen the Company's competitive position within the industry.
