Home Health Companions is a nurse-led private duty home care, care management, and licensed home health company serving North Texas. We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow referral partnerships and drive new client admissions throughout the DFW market.

- Develop and manage referral relationships with:

- Independent living communities
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Hospitals and discharge planners
- Physicians and specialty practices
- Elder law attorneys
- Financial advisors and trust officers
