Opportunity Description

The Account Executive identifies, qualifies and sells Esker products and services to customers and prospects across Small Enterpriseorganizations, while maintaining successful relationships with clients beyond the initial software sale.

Key Tasks / Duties

  • Visit existing customers and apply demonstrate account management skills to develop and grow existing accounts and ensurecustomer satisfaction

  • Identify opportunities in Small Accounts for SaaS solutions, DeliveryWare and Fax Server products, hardware & services

  • Qualifies leads and contact lists to generate opportunities with business users in current accounts.

  • Cold call line of business managers to develop an understanding of their documents intensive processes, business objectives andtheir cost saving needs.
