We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the insurance Broker industry. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven experience in insurance sales , with the ability to manage a client portfolio worth at least $1 million . This role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across general insurance lines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Portfolio Development
- Leverage existing networks to onboard clients with portfolios of $1 million or more.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients to expand the company’s insurance portfolio.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting general insurance products.
