Business Development Manager – Government Sector (Aviation, Defense & Marine)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead growth initiatives within the Aviation, Defense, Marine, and Consulting sectors. This role is critical in driving business expansion, securing high-value contracts, and forging strategic partnerships with government entities, OEMs, and industry stakeholders. Other information includes:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across aviation, defense, marine, and consulting divisions.

Develop and execute market expansion strategies for regional and international growth.

Build and manage long-term relationships with government clients, OEMs, suppliers, and key partners.

Lead proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ/tender submissions, and commercial negotiations.
