JOB DESCRIPTION Complete sales target of designated territory (VIETNAM) , in alignment with the Healthcare APAC sales strategy Develop a cohesive approach to the creation and management of new and current distribution and channel partners network Build and maintain good relationship with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) of customers Business development and negotiation, sales contract and technical document preparation; Coordinate order processing and goods delivery for on time delivery, Post sales issues handling Recruit, coach and manage sales team to achievement sales targets Working closely with Marketing Department for implementation of national/regional programs and activities such as academic conferences Support on marketing Analysis and research including customer needs and target market information collection, support marketing team to set up strategic plan and product development roadmap by prov...
