Business Development Manager - Melbourne North & Regional

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our Melbourne North & Regional hospital network by building and strengthening our Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) pipeline. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future clinical and commercial performance of our Melbourne North and Regional facilities by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-value VMOs across key specialties and emerging clinical areas. You will act as the primary relationship manager for prospective and early-career VMOs, working closely with hospital executives, GP Liaison Officers, and industry partners to build sustainable referral pathways, drive growth opportunities, and foster long-term VMO engagement across the Ramsay network.
