We are now looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our recycling network. This role will focus on developing partnerships and building collection sites for wood waste and recyclable raw materials – helping us secure sustainable supply chains and reinforce our environmental commitments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful business development initiatives.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent business Lithuanian and English is a MUST.
In-depth knowledge of the wood industry supply chain, with a focus on sourcing, recycling, and sustainable raw material flows.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
