We are seeking a high performing, commercially minded Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth across our South Australia and Western Australia territories. Operating in a remote capacity, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within mid-market organizations, presenting ELMO’s comprehensive cloud-based HR, payroll, and expense management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution: Proactively source, qualify, and secure new business logos across WA and SA through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and executing targeted sales campaigns.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand prospective clients' complex HR workflow challenges, demonstrating how ELMO’s modular ecosystem drives operational efficiency and executive-level insights....
