Reports to Country Manager Job Overview

The Business Development Manager will be directly responsible for building the organization’s market position in their different locations, by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships, whilst achieving measurable financial growth for the company.

The candidate must have thorough knowledge of the market, ability to strategically plan and execute BD KPIs, and identify the organization’s untapped potentials, develop unique selling propositions, network, pitch, and convince potential clients.
