Business Development Manager - NSW Northern Rivers

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our NSW Northern Rivers & Mid North Coast network (including Coffs Harbour Day Surgery, Baringa Private Hospital, Port Macquarie Private Hospital, and Ballina Day Surgery) by building and strengthening our Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) pipeline. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future clinical and commercial performance of our Northern Rivers and Mid North Coast facilities by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-value VMOs across key specialties and emerging clinical areas.
