About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and growth for the business. The key focus will be onboarding new brokers, managing key relationships, and writing new business. This role suits someone who is customer‑focused, self‑motivated, a trusted advisor for our brokers and who can work collaboratively with the flexicommercial team.

What Does an Average Day Look Like?
