Job Description Responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Networking
- Reaching out to existing adviser network to refer qualified and productive advisers to the Company
- Partner T2/T3 leaders to drive production growth and professionalism across assigned clusters or segments.
- Engage managers regularly to reinforce activity discipline and execution standards, and identify early signals relating to productivity or conduct risks, working with relevant teams before escalation.
- Design and execute sales and business growth campaigns and initiatives, within advisory standards to prevent aggressive sales tactics, and aligned to:
- Company priorities
- Product focus
- Target customer segments (e.g. mass affluent, HNW, protection gaps)
