Business Development Manager

In this role, you will realize business growth, increase market share, and meet all defined commercial objectives within the guidelines and time frame of the overall business plan. You will focus on generating new business, acquiring new Deepsea customers through a multi-level and relational sales approach, and pitching service contracts to consolidate customer business into the Radio Holland network. You will contribute to delivering revenue, margin, VSO/SO intake, and key performance indicators (KPIs) by effectively managing and accelerating the growth of our entire service portfolio.

The role sits within the Deepsea department, which consists of a dedicated professionals, including Business Development Managers, Service Sales Engineer and Service Coordinators and reports directly to the Business Development Team Lead.
