This is a full‑time on‑site Business Development Manager role located in Kota Kinabalu. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving strategic sales initiatives. Day‑to‑day tasks involve prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing inputs to marketing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to improve service delivery and grow market presence is also essential.

- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Customer Engagement
- Experience in Market Research and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
