Opportunity Description

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, etc.)

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

- Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and maximize revenue

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and targets

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery

- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management
