Key Responsibilities Manage franchisee relationships and ensure strong business engagement. Lead school acquisition/ school cracking initiatives to expand market presence. Deliver effective and impactful parent presentations to support admissions. Oversee overall revenue growth and ensure achievement of business goals for the region. Experience Requirements – 5 plus years’ experience Additional Skills: o Strong ability to manage franchisees and maintain business relationships. o Proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills Other Requirements Willingness to travel – within Kolkata and surrounding districts. Kolkata & other areas such as Excessive travel to districts of South Bengal ( Kolaghat, midnapore, Bankura, Purulia, Contai, Haldia, Murshidabad, Diamond Harbour and ROB) Experience in education sector Eg - Byjus
