Job Description

A field sales role focused on expanding distribution through village-level sales agents for travel packages, hotel bookings and guided experiences across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop field network: identify and recruit sales agents and local promoters in villages, towns and neighborhoods to expand distribution for travel products and services.
• Relationship management: build and maintain rapport with agents; regularly visit to provide sales coaching, marketing materials and performance feedback.
• Sales growth: achieve monthly targets by driving agent sign-ups, monitoring bookings, and implementing local micro‑marketing initiatives.
• Territory coverage: plan efficient daily and weekly routes across assigned localities using motorcycle transport; document visits and outcomes.
