Business Development & Operations Executive

Job Overview We are looking for a Business Development Operations Executive to manage corporate onboarding and client reporting. This role is critical in ensuring that new corporate clients are integrated seamlessly onto our app and receive exceptional ongoing support. The ideal candidate is highly organised, execution focused, clear communication and comfortable translating raw usage data into clear monthly reports for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Corporate Onboarding ·
In charge of the transition process from BDM once a contract is signed. ·
Manage the backend setup of client profiles, ensuring all specific contractual requirements are reflected in the system ·
Guide corporate clients through the technical and administrative setup on the app ·
Conduct walkthroughs and create documentation to ensure clients administrator and employees understand how to use the platform
