Business Development Representative

We’re looking for an ambitious person to join our team who’s great with people on the phone and at tradeshow events.

We get numerous enquiries every day, and our field teams installing pools need your support. You'll be the crucial first point of contact - coordinating with prospects, answering their initial questions, and teeing up our regional dealers for local site visits. Crucially, you will also own the sales process end-to-end in some regions for our 'self-install' plunge pool range, making a plan and closing these deals directly.

We’ll do 10 homeshows in 2026 and part of the role will be attending these shows to engage with prospects and existing customers who come to visit us. These shows are throughout the country. You’ll be at these events with our local dealers talking to customers about pool projects.
