Opportunity Description

Business Development


+ Identify and pursue new clients and project opportunities within target markets

+ Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions

+ Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand REDD Engineering's presence

Relationship Development


+ Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients and key decision-makers

+ Regularly visit client facilities and job sites (anticipated travel ~30% depending on company and client needs)

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for new project opportunities and client inquiries

Strategic Planning


+ Analyze market conditions, client activity, project cycles, and internal staffing levels to determine which clients and prospects to engage and when in collaboration with Business Development team, Business Manager, and Production Manager
