- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow call scripts and sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer experience and handle objections or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Document all call information accurately and thoroughly in the designated CRM system.
