Business Development Specialist (based in KL)

Reporting to the Country Manager (Malaysia), you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our outreach across Malaysia. Your focus will be on building partnerships with educational institutions and training providers, promoting ISCA’s professional programmes, and increasing candidate engagement through both B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow awareness of the ISCA brand through outreach (calls, emails, events, networking etc).
• Pitch ISCA programmes and close deals with training partners and institutions.
• Onboard and manage partners such as Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs), Registered Learning Organisations (RLOs), and higher learning institutions.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with universities, training providers, MNCs, local companies, and government agencies to expand programme outreach and credibility.
