Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline acquisition initiatives including mall activations, exhibitions, and channel partnerships to drive consistent lead generation
- Manage full event lifecycle from logistics and setup to on-site execution and post-event reporting
- Deploy and supervise part-time sales staff during activations, ensuring execution quality and lead conversion
- Track event KPIs (leads, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, ROI) and continuously optimize acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align campaign messaging and conversion funnel
- Meet monthly lead generation targets through disciplined planning and resource allocation
Requirements
- 2–4 years in business development, field sales, or event/activation management
- Experience coordinating on-ground teams with measurable acquisition outcomes
