Job Responsibilities:

• Support management during business meetings with partners, primarily from China, by acting as a Mandarin–Indonesia/English interpreter (spoken & written).
• Plan, arrange, and accompany domestic & international business trips, including accommodation, transportation, visa arrangements, and travel itineraries.
• Serve as the main liaison between the Vice President and Chinese business partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up after meetings.
• Manage schedules, prepare meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and other business-related documents.
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating projects involving Chinese partners from initiation to completion.
