Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Strategy Development

• Based on the company’s overall strategy and business development goals, lead the team to formulate client acquisition strategies for new markets and industries, defining expansion directions, targets, and implementation roadmaps.
• Focus on the merchant segment to drive cross-border payment partnership initiatives. Design and deliver customized, high-quality payment solutions tailored to merchants’ operational models and needs, securing business partnerships.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of payment business initiatives. Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities in real time, adjust expansion strategies accordingly, and proactively identify new sales opportunities and channel resources to continuously broaden business coverage.
