- Knowledge of card lifecycle : Authorization, Validation, Personalization, Administration
- Understanding of banking processes : Billing, Invoicing, Statements, Fees (Interchange, Cash Fee, etc.)
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and global financial regulations
- Ability to perform deep functional analysis and product-level impact assessment
