Responsibilities
- Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition, and key business KPIs for a specific business line
- Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Develop and execute quarterly growth plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead cross-functional execution by aligning specialist teams including Performance Marketing, Martech, Retail, and Creative
- Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing funnel performance and developing hypotheses for experiments
- Launch and scale major growth initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships
- Improve systems and workflows by leveraging AI, automation, and Agentic workflows to increase efficiency
- Experience in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Operations
