ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Growth Manager, you will lead the company’s growth strategy by integrating data‑driven decision‑making, market intelligence, and performance analytics to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. You will manage a team of three specialists focused on enablement and performance analysis, ensuring they are aligned with strategic goals and delivering measurable impact.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the growth enablement team, coaching and developing three direct reports while ensuring high performance, collaboration, and clear accountability.
• Oversee the analysis of commercial and performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize efficiency, reduce CAC, and improve revenue predictability.
