Job Description
As a Business Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, working closely with your line manager to ensure a seamless transition to our operational teams.
What you'll do:
You’ll prepare and coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure, and corporate structures.You’ll conduct AML/KYC analysis and lead the internal compliance approval process to ensure full regulatory adherence.You’ll coordinate bank account openings, prepare service agreements, and manage the review of legal documentation required for structure setup.You’ll actively manage client and stakeholder communication, attend weekly calls, and track progress throughout the onboarding lifecycle.You’ll perform all Luxembourg regulatory filings during onboarding and ensure a...
