Business Intelligence Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst for the Specialty Reporting Services team will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. The team member will have the ability to develop complex and appealing visualizations using a variety of BI Tools based on tightly established client turnaround times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation of new reporting processes and procedures as required such as moving to automated reporting methods
• Analyze reports for trends and variances across the programs and communicate findings
• Design and prepare monthly, bimonthly or quarterly business reports including metrics/volumes and significant case summaries to clients using a variety of tools, including Excel, Power BI, SSRS, PowerPoint
• Convert data to usable information to drive growth, individual contract KPIs and increased productivity
