**Job Description**
**The Role:**
As a Business Manager your focus is to lead shift operations by resolving issues, supporting startup, and driving continuous improvement in safety, people, quality, responsiveness, and cost. You will be responsible for coordinating manpower, managing escalation protocols, meeting production targets, driving GMS, and coaching your team members. This position requires you to have the ability to work any shift and over time.
**What You'll Do (Responsibilities):**
+ Conduct shift-to-shift reviews with SLs/GLs; communicate carryover issues and prioritize support
+ Review/set manpower, manpower transfers, and address absenteeism
+ Support startup activities and drive execution
+ Conduct Level 2 BPD reviews and support Level 4 board updates with AM
+ Manage containment & bypass activities; segregate nonconforming material and complete containment sheets
+ Monitor CSS Assembly floor for downtime; coach situati...
