Summary of the Role

The Business Manager reports to the SGMY Commercial Director and is accountable for leading and driving the commercial agenda in Malaysia. This role is responsible for achieving and exceeding the Malaysia commercial plan across the full portfolio of Hospital Care Solutions.

The Business Manager will plan, design, and execute effective sales strategies by working closely with the Cluster Marketing Manager, the commercial team, Regional Medical Care Solutions team and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable business growth and increase market penetration.
