Business Operations Director

What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities) Strategy & Problem Solving Work directly with leadership to frame, analyse, and solve Nscale’s highest-priority strategic and operational challenges. Break down ambiguous problems into structured analyses, options, and clear recommendations. Support key growth initiatives, including market expansion, capacity planning, and organisational scaling.
Execution & Ownership Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects, from initial concept through to execution and impact. Translate strategy into concrete action plans with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics. Always be an operator — driving momentum, unblocking teams, and ensuring follow-through.
