Business Operations Lead Analyst

**Description**

**Position Summary**

CBRE GDS is seeking a Business Operations Lead Analyst to lead BD operations, analytics and bid response support across the entire Business Development group. This role drives data-informed decision making, pipeline integrity, and rapid-response capture activities in support of federal government contracting growth objectives.

**This is a full-time, onsite/hybrid role in Tysons Corner, VA.**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage end-to-end BD operations using Salesforce to develop ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly metrics reporting, trend analysis, and executive dashboards.
+ Create and deliver weekly and monthly BD operations presentations in PowerPoint for leadership and pipeline reviews.
+ Conduct opportunity research via GovWin IQ, SAM.gov and open source, vet potential pursuits through structured gating sessions with the BD team, for pipeline integrity.
