The Business Operations Lead / Manager is a critical role for a strategic professional motivated by organisational excellence and large‑scale impact. This position is the primary driver of the frameworks, policies, and standards that synchronise our GTM, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Systems departments. We are looking for a high achiever who is energised by solving complex problems and creating a lasting legacy through operational clarity.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management & Orchestration: Lead complex, large‑scale projects from conception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met across multi‑departmental workstreams.
- Orchestrate the Business Rhythm: Design and manage the strategic meeting structure, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), ensuring the entire leadership team is aligned on key performance indicators.
