Under the direction of the Business Operations Division Manager, performs advanced professional and managerial work providing operational leadership and oversight of critical business functions within Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources (PRNR). Responsible for coordinating department-wide budget development activities, procurement and contract administration support, financial and operational systems coordination, business process improvement initiatives, and continuity planning.
