Overview

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst able to efficiently support the operations of our lending product to ensure smooth Customer and Partner experiences. The ideal candidate is highly analytical with deep problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities Calculate and process offer restructures, settlement requests and rebates Efficiently resolve customer offer queries Monitor and ensure system hygiene Investigate system issues and track until resolution Support Partner Qlikview reporting Liaise closely with Partner Operations teams Work closely with test team to test and approve new functionality before production Qualifications and experience IT Diploma preferable or qualification in Operations or Technology 3 years in Business Operations Data Analytics using Power BI or MS Excel.
