Business Partner Supply Management

Engage with end users across the museums to ensure the overarching Supply Management department strategy, policies and regulations are adhered to. Providing end users with information on Supply Management activities and processes and answer questions and concerns.

• Engage with museums end users to help in the collection of all data relating to department projects requiring supply management involvement to ensure this is positioned and captured for all budget and planning purposes.
• Support the unit on any supply management training and assist end users with technical specifications and scope of work requirements.
• Embed the developed target category strategies, including market analysis, supplier profiles, ICV opportunities, benchmark pricing, expected cost savings, negotiation planning, contract strategies, and category execution plans.
