Role Overview We are seeking a detail-orient ed contractor to support Business Operations within the North America Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) organization. This role will focus on automating and maintaining recurring reporting deliverables, while improving the efficiency and scalability of billing operations processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a process improvement mindset, enabling consistent and timely outputs for key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Reporting Automation & Maintenance Automate and streamline monthly and recurring reports for senior business stakeholders Build and maintain dashboards and reporting workflows (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) Ensure consistent, timely refresh of reporting outputs with minimal manual intervention Validate data accuracy across multiple sources and resolve inconsistencies 2.
