WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This position is responsible for leading projects or workstreams in gaining in-depth understanding of strategy, organizations, processes, and roadmaps to provide tactical and strategic solutions. The role partners across multiple functions (Business Owners, Process Owners, SMEs, Product Owners, Controls, 2LOD, Technology, etc.) to identify requirements in the design of new processes, operating models, or solutions. This role also drives execution from concept through change implementation and adoption, requiring strong written and verbal communications and project management skills to communicate insights, recommendations, and progress. Comfort with addressing complex issues, processes, and projects, and working in a high-paced, fluid environment is required.
