Opportunity Description

Job Purpose:


Business Process Manager leads the strategic business process, reviews and improvement initiatives, and delivers innovative software development products aligned with management’s goals and direction.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement the OE Framework across mall operations.
  • Ensure the deployment and maintenance of standardized process documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, RACIs).
  • Drive achievement of SLAs for all standardized processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Identify and escalate process risks and issues to the OE Lead.
  • Manage and mentor Process Analysts, fostering skill development and performance.
  • Partner with Tenants, Mall Operations, and Corporate Teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with business goals.
