Opportunity Description
Job Objective
- Drive process improvement, digitalisation, and data-driven decision-making across group levels (Singapore and Indonesia)
- Review existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing digital solutions, and developing reliable management information systems.
- Key role in improving operational efficiency, strengthening control mechanisms, and supporting business transformation initiatives across Singapore and the wider South‑East Asia region.
- Review and diagnose end-to-end business processes across commercial, operational, and support functions.
- Redesign and streamline processes to improve efficiency, transparency, accuracy, and accountability.
- Establish structured workflows, standard operating procedures, and governance mechanisms where required.
