Business Rates Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for a Post‑Qualified Surveyor to join a well‑established and highly regarded Business Rates advisory team , acting for a mix of occupier and landlord clients across a broad range of sectors.

The role is suited to an individual with a solid grounding in rating valuation and appeals work who is looking to further develop technical expertise while taking on increasing responsibility for client delivery. You will manage defined elements of your own case load, support senior colleagues on complex and high‑value instructions , and contribute to wider portfolio‑level strategies.

The successful candidate will be involved in national and regional occupier portfolios , portfolio‑wide rating reviews , and Proposal/Appeal and Check/Challenge/Appeal (CCA) casework.
